In the course of the routine safety inspections of the Yankee cylinder, the age-related defects of the condensate system could be detected and repaired after planning.      

Due to the experience and project planning of PANZER Engineering, the seal replacement and maintenance of the condensate system could be carried out smoothly and with the shortest downtime.

The replacement and refurbishment of the soda trays, sealing surfaces, gaskets and other components were carried out during the maintenance of the condensate system. After complete disassembly and maintenance, the condensate system was reassembled, aligned, and the spacing of the soda traws optimized and adjusted. After the inspection, the condensate system could be put back into operation without any problems.
