PANZER Engineering has successfully changed its legal form to a GmbH & Co. KG. "Our aim is not only to offer our customers high-quality products and services, but also to guarantee first-class service," says Managing Director Jürgen Panzer, commenting on the change.

"The changeover to a GmbH & Co. KG is an important step towards a more efficient organisation and improved risk distribution - I look forward to sharing the benefits of this change with our customers." The new company form was registered retroactively to January 2024 at the Ulm Local and Registry Court.
